WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We deliver worldwide.
- You can also pick up your order from our studio in Tel-Aviv, if you chose that option please click on it at the checkout .
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery within Israel takes up to 4 working days.
- International deliveries 10-14 business days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?
- Israel standard shipping over 400 NIS – FREE.
- Israel standard shipping under 400 NIS - 25 NIS
- INT standard shipping – 80 ILS approximately 25$.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Once you receive our package, you have 4 business days to contact us regarding an exchange/refund via Phone: +972-545921707 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If 4 days have gone by since you received your product and you still didn't contact us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
- All of the jewellery are containes glass beads, in case of shattered the store is not in-charge of it and will not refund or exchange the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
